Prices include value-added tax.
Confirmation requires a 30% deposit of the total reservation cost. The prepayment has to be made within seven (7) days of the booking. The final payment of the remaining rental fee is due before receiving the keys to the cottage. The cancellation of a reservation must be confirmed with the booking agent.Failure to pay the booking fee does not constitute a cancellation. If the customer cancels the reservation 14 days or less prior to the arrival date, the amount charged will be equivalent to the prepayment. The customer is liable to compensate the landlord for any damage incurred to the cottage or its fittings. The maximum number of persons staying overnight in the holiday home must not exceed the number of sleeping places indicated in the description of the cottage. There will be a €20 extra charge for each additional guest, even if no extra bed was provided.
